Volume one will focus on building a strong foundation and setting the stage for your fitness success. In this program, we will incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercises, weightlifting, and bodyweight workouts designed to build confidence, to improve your endurance, create physical change, and enhance your overall fitness level.
The program is repetitive and simplistic, and should be easy to follow. The goal is consistency. Aim to complete this Level One workout program in 4 weeks, gradually increasing the intensity and duration as you progress. After the 4 weeks, progress immediately to Volume 2.
Volume 2 is a continuation of Volume 1.
We build upon the foundations from your first 4 weeks, expanding into more complex movements, increased volume and intensity. During this second 4 week program, you should start to notice fitness increases, strength increases, and energy acne excitement growing.
I believe that incorporating daily movement activities such as walking, hiking, biking, running, and strength training into our routine, along with a focus on quality nutrition, is the key to living a truly fulfilling life. Our body and mind are unique and precious, and it is important to nourish and care for them to the best of our ability. Let's make the most out of this life because we only have one chance to do so.

A little about me… I have been in the fitness and nutrition space for over 20 years, starting personal training in my early 20s. Alongside my love of helping people through movement, is my passion for teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle: food, mental state, fitness…all of it.
I am a certified coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, and have been a gym owner for 10 years. I have competed in Body Building, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and as a girl from Colorado, many many outdoor events involving cycling and running.
I have found my niche in helping people find passion for living an all-encompassing healthy life style through changing habits and hard work.
